The Spink family have been in the Fish Industry for over 30 years. Gordon learnt from a young age, working in his fathers fish house in Arbroath by the Harbour. Here he learnt how to skin, fillet, bone & smoke fish.
Gordon then spent 15 years as a North Sea fisherman, operating out of Arbroath Harbour. Not long after he met his now wife, Aileen, and they decided to open their own Seafood business, utilising all the contacts they have made over the many years.
Ochil Foods collect their beautifully cut Haddock, Smoked Haddock and Smokies three times a week in order to guarantee maximum freshness.
