Charles Macleod is a traditional butcher business established in 1947. Located in the pristine Outer Hebrides the business is now run by the third generation of the Macleod family.
The mainstay of the business is the production of the world-famous Stornoway Black Pudding. Now with its own European PGI (Protected Geographic Indicator) Status, this humble local delicacy as become a gourmet staple in many of the top restaurants throughout the UK.
Stornoway Black Pudding has attracted many accolades over the years including six Great Taste Awards.
