We collect and process all our own feathered game, the majority of which comes from estates across Perthshire and Fife.

Our grouse come from Deeside, Angus and East Lothian.

All our Roe Deer are processed in a specialist Venison processing unit in Pitlochry and our Red Deer are sourced from estates throughout the highlands and processed near Tain, Ross-shire by Ardgay Game.
