Tom and his sister Camilla have built up a thriving pork business and are widely recognized as having the best bacon and pork products in Scotland produced from their own white-duroc Pigs.

The majority of Tom’s produce is sold via farmers markets, but we have a loyal following for his Auchtertool sausages amongst various gastro-pubs across Scotland. Other cuts can be sourced to order, subject to availability.
